Mission

My mission is to motivate, empower, inspire and unstuck clients, in order that they can create fulfilling and joyful lives.  I work with a variety of clients, from successful professionals to new managers.

Belief

I believe coaching is one of the most powerful ways to communicate and connect, leading to strong relationships from which people are able to develop and produce extraordinary results.

Me

I came to coaching having experienced the benefits myself over 10 years ago.  Back then my life was very different.  Here’s a snap shot.

I was in a job I hated, each work day morning I would sit on the edge of my bed wondering if I could call in and fake an illness (imagine wishing yourself unwell!).  It took all my energy to get myself to work and actually be present and carry out my job effectively.  Life at home wasn’t much better.  Looking back I realise that the real Maria had just faded away.

So what changed?  One day I read about Life Coaching and decided that I really had nothing to lose.   So I found myself a coach and started out on a journey.  At the time I didn’t know what to expect and there were times when it just felt too difficult but my coach was always there to support me and help me work it out (my way).  Then as odd as this may sound one morning I looked in the mirror and looking right back at me was Maria.  The real one, the woman who loved travelling, laughing, learning and experiencing the world from different angles.  It was so wonderful to have her back.  

My life today is very different.  I have moved from London to Sussex and witness the changing seasons first hand.   I have a lovely home, access to the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast, great friends, a supportive family and I never dread the day ahead. 

Today, I am passionate about my life and my profession.
